Resolved
We have experienced some slowness on one of our servers and to explain further what happened, please see below note.

Summary
Some user might have experienced slowness when trying to access Templafy between 7:42 UTC to 8:12 UTC. Templafy was alerted by our automated systems that our response time was slowing and our DevOps team started to investigate the issue immediately.

Root cause
We had an instance on one of our servers that resulted in slow response times due to a very high CPU usage on that specific server. The high response time on the affected server caused the average response time to go up. We are still investigating what caused the high CPU usage.

Resolution
To resolve this, we restarted the affected server which improved the response time quickly hereafter.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and loss of service experienced today with Templafy for the affected users.
